We are Hyderabad based manufacturer of hand block printed dress materials and sarees. We do block printing on Sarees, Dress materials and Fabrics.
We have our in-house production of hand block printed dress materials and sarees.
Shipping
Estimated delivery time for all orders is 3-5 working days. In few instances the delivery time may exceed by 2-3 days due to some unexpected reasons at shipping company’s end.
The logistics closure announced by various State Governments may impact the deliveries.
If you believe that the products are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer support or mail us at [email protected] mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts that the replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
Return/Refund
Only damage product will be take back.
Cancellation.
If order is made by mistake or mood is changed you can cancel your order within 24 hours. Once order got dispatched cancellation is not allowed and cancellation charges 2% has to bear by the customer.
Refund will initiate with 4-5 Days.
